Orders & Delivery Policy:

Free shipping on all full priced orders above HKD $5,000 internationally. Customs duties are not included.

A HKD $300 shipping fee applies to orders below $5,000. Duties and taxes are not included.

In stock jewelry : Delivery within 2-4 working days from the date of dispatch.

Made to order pieces : Delivery within 2 weeks to ship.

We do not ship to postal boxes or hotel addresses.

Order Cancellation:

We are happy to cancel any orders before they are processed by our warehouse, however we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations due to the volume of orders being received. 

Personalized and made-to-order pieces cannot be cancel after payment is settled.

International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

When ordering from TWINKLE you are considered the "importer of record" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

All international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country.

ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS CLEARANCE CHARGES MUST BE PAID BY YOU; WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THESE CHARGES AND CANNOT PREDICT WHAT THEY MIGHT BE.

Exchanges:

Discounted / SALE items can not be exchange.

We are happy to offer exchanges for the same item, in an alternative size. Items only can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order. 

Items approved for return must be received as unused with the tag attached and come with original packaging and sales invoice.

Engraved, special order, personalized and made-to-order pieces cannot be exchange.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We do not accept Returns / Refund.
